An individual’s personality refers to his or her own characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. Understanding one’s personality involves understanding these unique, individual personality characteristics as compared to others as well as understanding how they come together as a whole.
The Personality Assessment is based on a widely accepted framework for conceptualising personality as being made up of five primary factors, including Extroversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness to Experience. The assessment provides a measure of these five domains of personality.
A personality assessment provides each individual with their unique Personality Profile and gives insight into their emotional, interpersonal, experiential, attitudinal, and motivational styles. This helps the person to better understand their actions, the decisions they make, how they choose to live their life, their relationships with others, and their feelings about themselves, others and different situations.
