In a corporate context, Emotional Intelligence is an important factor in Leadership Development, Selection, Organisational Development, Executive Coaching and Team Building.
A person’s emotional intelligence is not fixed or static but rather can change over time and can be developed in targeted areas that have been identified. Emotional Intelligence can be assessed, measured and reported as an Emotional Quotient (EQ).
